Here is a photo of Al Vu and me at the Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation (La Consolata) in Torino, taken on Monday morning. I was too busy talking to realize that the photo had been taken. We arrived there for a concelebrated mass with Archbishop Cesare Nosiglia, the Archbishop of Torino.
Interesting! Cesare Nosiglia was educated by the Salesian Sisters during his primary and middle school years. No wonder he was so excited to have Don Bosco's relics tour the archdiocese, and no wonder he took the initiative to ask that the Holy Shroud be exposed in 2015 expressly for the bicentenary of the birth of Don Bosco.

The GC27 delegates traveled to Rome on Monday evening, and by now they are in deep into the Chapter.
